We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and age restrictions relating to tobacco products, including packaging, labeling, health warnings, and shipping. We do not knowingly offer or ship products to jurisdictions where such items are restricted or prohibited.

3. Age Restrictions
Our products are intended only for adults of legal purchasing age in their jurisdiction. By purchasing from Vegasmokes.com, you confirm you are at least 21 years old. Age verification may be required at checkout and/or delivery.

4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse any products purchased from our website in violation of applicable tobacco, health, or safety laws. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that appear to breach this policy.

5. Policy Updates
We may update or amend this Tobacco Addendum at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws or our business practices. 

Back Order: If the cigar product you purchased is on backorder you would be advised via e-mail. Depending on the product ordered it might take anywhere from 7-10 business days or sometimes even longer, it all really depends on if that product is available through the manufacturers. You will receive an e-mail will ask you to advise us if you wish to let your order stand or if you wish to cancel your order.

Privacy & Security
All the orders processed through secure socket layer (SSL) encryption, to ensure our online order processing fully secured and safe of all the credit card transactions. We never share or sell any information of our customers such as name, address or email. We only use your information to process and ship the order and further to assist you in your future inquiries of previously shipped or the status of the shipping.

Credit Card Payments:
Address Verification
All billing address information you provide must match up in our address verification system with that of the cardholder. If this does not match, your order may be held until this is resolved or until you provide a matching address.

Credit Card Fraud
We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled.

Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.

Returns & Replacements

Damages: If the order appears to be damaged, refuse delivery. Once we receive the damaged goods, we will we re-ship the order.

Shipping in error: If you have received an item that was shipped in error, please call us within 3 business days and we will pay for return shipping and credit you accordingly. However, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS after 3 days, in such cases. In all other cases the customers will have to bear the return shipping costs plus 20% restocking fees. Please call or email our customer service department for a RAN (Return Authorization Number).

Taxes
It is the sole responsibility of each purchaser to comply with any and all applicable laws of your particular jurisdiction regarding the payment of taxes.

Right to Limit Quantity
We reserve the right to limit quantity on all Orders.

Usage Policy
All our products are only for personal usage and not for resale.

North Carolina Orders
Currently, we cannot take or ship orders to the state of North Carolina
